What is the Lead Network?
A consultancy practice committed to working with influential community and business leaders as well as entertainers and celebrities. The Lead Networks flagship project, The HipHop2020 Curriculum Project has found great success serving the needs of youth, adults, as well as hip-hop artists and celebrities. They partnered with the Andrew Young Foundation on the production of the Emmy-winning documentary "Walking With Guns", a film about hope and redemption told through the eyes of civil rights icon Ambassador Andrew Young and rapper/entertainer/author Clifford "TI" Harris, Jr.
The Lead Network also worked with the Jane Fonda Center at Emory University School of Medicine on the implementation of its social media marketing efforts for Start Strong Atlanta. Under the leadership of Dr. Joyce they also worked as senior advisors to the President of Clark Atlanta University on their entertainment leadership initiative. They also advised the Morehouse College King Collection on strategies for connecting civil rights history to the contemporary needs of today's youth leaders. The Lead Network also managed a collaborative partnership between the City of Atlanta Office of Cultural Affairs and StoryCorps to teach Atlanta's youth the value of storytelling and history, they also conducted workshops on media for the Atlanta Public Schools Office of Middle School Transformation.
